The Modular Series provides a preparation surface that is large enough to accommodate robust recipes, versatile enough to prepare any cuisine, and capable of fitting in the dishwasher and storing easily.

Inspired by restaurant chefs and designed with utility and usefulness in mind. The two-piece modular surface has a large flat preparation area on one side of each surface. On the opposite side a juice groove accompanies one half and a dual purpose juice run and bread surface is on the other. The juice run can be used next to under-mount sinks to let the juice drain handily into the sink.

As the two parts of the board are independent and two-sided, you can put them together in a variety of configurations to fit your specific food preparation needs. Each piece can also be used efficiently alone.

Made from a natural wood fibre Richlite (R), the Epicurean chopping boards don't dull knives and look great.

National Sanitary Foundation approved for their excellent hygiene performance and temperature resistant up to 350F.
