Stainless steel ice cream scoops in two sizes. Brilliant because they conduct heat so well - see chef's tip. Chef's Tip Ice cream too hard? Dunk the end of the scoop in a mug of boiling water for half a minute, dry it thoroughly, then scoop away! The key here is to dry thoroughly as water only creates ice crystals and a gummy residue next time you open the tub. Also don't microwave ice cream and refreeze it as this has a similar effect.
