A potato press is much like a garlic press but larger. Cooked vegetables are placed in the container and then a plunger forces food through the many small holes in the container, perfect for mashed potatoes This product also functions as a noodle maker, specifically German Spätzle noodles. Just mix an egg and flour dough and place in the press. Compress the dough through the holes in the press over a pan of boiling water, when the noodles are done they float to the surface.
