The Marcato Capellini Attachment cuts sheets of pasta into very thin, flat noodles that are only 1mm wide.

As this attachment makes flat noodles, the actual thickness will depend on the thickness of the sheet of pasta you make them with. To make finer, thinner noodle simply roll the pasta sheet vey thin before passing through the Capellini attachment.
