The new Tacapasta Pasta Drying Rack from Marcato can hold more than 2 kg (4 lbs) of fresh pasta. It is designed with sixteen, polycarbonate rods on a central column which open out like a fan and are used to hang the fresh pasta on to dry as it comes out of the pasta maker.
The central column holds a multipurpose wand which can be used to cut the dough sheet and is used to help transfer the pasta from the pasta maker onto the Tacapasta drying rack. Guaranteed for 3 years. Designed to be used with Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Maker |
