The Staub cast iron Bouillabaisse pot is handcrafted in France using only the highest quality materials. It is now available in an intense deep blue colour, which replaces the traditional royal blue version.

Staub's unique matt enamel finish allows cooking oils to penetrate creating a smooth "non-stick" surface that will gradually build up. You will never need to re-season the pan.
