The excellent quality Emile Henry Flame Tagine in Olive is made from high tech ceramic which can withstand direct heat on the hob. Just ideal for Moroccan style "Tagine" recipes - braise or sear the meat before adding the lid, then finish the cooking in the oven or on the hob.

The peaked lid lets steam circulate within the pot, thus increasing the flavours in the food and retaining moisture.
