The Carving Series Board with Juice Grooves has all the benefits of the Epicurean gourmet series boards but also features a unique diamond studded surface that holds the meat firmly in place as you carve. Designed specifically for carving roasts and fowl. An inner juice through contains much of the juice and an outer juice groove will prevent the rest from reaching your countertop. This surface is designed specifically to fit most dishwashers to make that big clean-up a little bit easier. Ideal for slicing the Christmas Turkey. Made from a natural wood fibre Richlite (R), the Epicurean chopping boards don't dull knives, look great, and can go in the dishwasher. National Sanitary Foundation approved for their excellent hygiene performance and temperature resistant up to 350F. The Epicurean boards might look expensive but it is well worth it.
