Can Induction Swiss Diamond cookware be used on an ordinary electric hob?
Q - Could you tell me if the induction rane of Swiss Diamond cookware can be used on ordinary electric rings? Last year I bought a small Swiss Diamond frying pan, have used it regularly and have found it fantastic. Now I want to buy a larger pan. However, before long I shall have to replace my cooker and might well land up with an induction hob. Obviously, I don't want to buy an ordinary Swiss Diamond pan and then not to be able to use it when I update. If it is possible to use an induction pan on an ordinary ring, are there any drawbacks? Please can you help.
