Are the Swiss Diamond pans really able to be used for fat free frying?

The Swiss Diamond pan manufacturers confirm that there is no need to use fat when frying or cooking with their pans. Personally, I think that Swiss Diamond pans do not perform quite as well as Gastrolux pans in this regard. Each brand of cookware has its particular merits. Metal utensils really can be used in the Swiss Diamond cookware without damaging the surface. The same cannot be said for Gastrolux cookware - I would only recommend wood or silicon for these pans. If you are primarily looking for a pan that does fat free frying, I would suggest buying Gastrolux not Swiss Diamond.
