Can you recommend a set of Gustav Emil Ern Fully Forged Knives?
Hi, we do not sell pre selected sets of the Gustav Emil Ern Fully Forged Knives. This is because they are primarily sold to chefs who pick and choose exactly which knife they would like. The fully forged Gustav range does not really lend itself to a domestic knife set as I would want to add in a palette knife, for example, and and a sharpening steel - neither of which are available in the fully forged range.
I suggest that you buy a couple of the really essential kitchen knives in the fully forged Gustav knifes. These are the top Gustav knife range - the one used by Gordon Ramsey - and so investing in this range for your "workhorse" knifes (the ones you use day in, day out) is a good idea. You can get away with a stamped bladed knife for occasional use knives.
