Made in Italy, the Marcato Atlas 150 pastamaker must be just about the best domestic pastamaker available

The company has published some impressive results compared to rival manufacturers such as Kuchenprofi and Imperia, on just how well they limit the release of heavy metals from the pastamaker into the dough. Aside from that, the pastamaker also works extremely well - easy and smooth to use and made for excellent quality materials. Not the cheapest on the market, but the best!

The Atlas 250 comes as standard with 2 cutters and the ability to vary the thickness of the pasta. Makes lasagne, spaghetti and tagliatelli. Further pasta accessory cutters should be available soon so you can make Ravioli etc.
