What is the base diameter of a 32cms Swiss Diamond frying pan?

I have taken a 32cms Swiss Diamond frying pan out of the store and measured it for you. The circular base disc is 24.6cm base. The 32cms measurement is the inner lip dimension at the top of the pan. However, the sides of the pan are pretty straight, with a curve where the base cooking surface meets the sides. So the cooking surface itself is not much less than 32cms. The heat distribution in the pans is good, too, so the heat across the whole of the cooking surface will be uniform, even though the base disc which touches the hob or source of heat is 24.6cm.
