I live locally to you and would like some good quality aluminium pans. Are you open to the general public or are you mail order/internet only?

If you are simply looking for a good aluminium based pan, I would recommend the Swiss Diamond and the Gastrolux cookware ranges, which have differing non stick surfaces - Gastrolux ceramic, and Swiss Diamond infused with diamond crystals. Both are good quality pan ranges.
As you are so local you are welcome to come to the office and take a look at both these ranges which are in stock now. Just let me know when you are likely to arrive and I will have some pans out for you.
