Can I use the Top Gourmet (Epicurean) Carving Board as a chopping board on the reverse side?

Hi, like the look of the Top Gourmet (Epicurean) Carving Board. Black & Nutmeg (Reference: 7006). I can see it has a carving surface, but is the other side smooth and suitable for use as a general chopping board? Many thanks, Justin
Dear Justin - the reverse of the Top Gourmet (Epicurean) Carving Board is absolutely fine to use as a chopping board. We would just mention that the board may not sit totally flat due to the design of the carving board side. But other than that, yes, do use it
