I explained in a blog on 19/02/2010 that the UK importers of Swiss Diamond cookware were being changed over and that at the moment no one was clear who the new UK agents were going to be.

I am delighted to report that Swiss Diamond have agreed to supply us direct, for the time being, so the answer is yes, we are now supplying Swiss Diamond cookware again. The lead time on orders may be 2/3 weeks as we are a retailer without an importer's purpose made warehouse, but at least we can get the cookware. So far, Swiss Diamond deliveries have proved to take longer than we had hoped but as both parties get more practised at the new arrangements, I believe that early teething problems will be ironed out.

Thankyou to all my customers that have been so patient on the first delivery that took double the time anticipated. The second delivery came in much faster so I think that this is a good sign.

Please note that we do not take payment until goods are ready to be shipped to you - ie a couple of days before you receive your order. So we are not sitting on your money without supplying!.
