My set of Natural Top Gourmet Epicurean Chopping Boards are different colours. Can you shed any light on the problem?

The Top Gourmet Epicurean Chopping Boards in natural are made from a natural fibre and are bound to come in different shades. Unfortunately, we have checked are stock and we don't have stock that would give you a matching set in each size.
However, the Epicurean boards change colour over time, after dishwashing and use. They deepen into a rich mahogany which is probably more attractive than the original colour. So I would stick with your slightly ill matched set and wait for the colour to develop. I understand from the UK importers that they will end up the same deep colour. However, of course, the choice is yours and I will wait to hear from you.
