Can I add a Diamond Coated Steel to your Gustav Emil Ern Professional Kitchen Knife Starter Set?

Yes, we can swop the standard 9 imch steel with the moulded handle which is currently in the Gustav Emil Ern Professional Kitchen Knife Starter Set - 7 piece, for a diamond coated steel.
We have checked that the 10 inch oval diamond coated steel will fit into the wallet. The additional cost for the starter set is £13.55.
Please call and I will do this special order for you. The Gustav diamond coated steel will, as you know, be a much more efficient sharpener.
