Are you the UK agents for Swiss Diamond cookware?

Hi, no we are not the UK agents for Swiss Diamond cookware so do not have a general responsibility for the warranty. We are very happy to help any of our customers with any claims that they may wish to make, however. We have been importing Swiss Diamond cookware direct from the Swiss manufacturers in the last few months and during that period we did liaise directly with the makers on one warranty claim which was resolved quickly and easily. A new UK agent has now been appointed so any warranty claim will now be referred to them.
